Purposes in processing your personal data

The processing of your personal data, as collected on the on-line form, is necessary for us to be able to manage 5GTN memberships and usage of the Test Network.

More specifically, we process the personal data collected from you for the following purposes:

• ​Providing timely service and support for users and their organisations.
  
• Communicating information related to new features, service updates, events etc.
  
• ​Recommending your organization to others for collaboration.
  

Legal basis for processing your personal data

The collection and processing of your personal data is necessary for our legitimate interest in developing and using the Test Network in organized manner.

Recipients of your personal data

•       ​ Contact information (name, title, organisation, email, phone number and user name) will be visible to all persons from the same organisation.
  
•        All the personal data collected from you will be processed in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No data will be transferred outside the EU or the EEA. The data is stored in servers inside EU.
  

Storage period of your personal data

•          Full personal information as we collect here: indefinitely (from time of collection until the user account will be removed). The user account may be removed at any time by 5GTN Support Team. User can request removal of his/her account by using “Contact Us” form​ while signed in.
  

Other information

•       You have the right to request from us access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning yourself or to object to processing, as stated in the GDPR. The applicability of such rights are specified more in detail in the GDPR.
  
•       In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman regarding the processing of your personal data.
